Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Examination
Mr Geoff Salter BA MRTPI of Intelligent Plans and Examinations (IPE) Ltd has been appointed to conduct an Examination of the Councils' Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Charging Schedule to assess whether it meets the requirements of the Planning Act 2008 and relevant CIL Regulations, as amended, in respect of legal compliance and viability.
The hearing took place on Tuesday 5 November 2019 in the Council Chamber at South Bucks District Council, Capswood, Oxford Road, Denham, Uxbridge UB9 4LH.

Hearing Amendment Responses
The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule was submitted for independent examination on 20 September 2019. Consultation on CIL was undertaken from 7 June until 23 August 2019.
