Community Grants


Community organisations and projects are invited to apply for funding from the Chiltern Community Grant Aid Scheme 2019/20.


The scheme provides financial support to local voluntary organisations to help them improve the community services they offer to enhance and protect the quality of life in the Chiltern District.

The grant could, for example, support community safety initiatives, the operation of facilities like libraries and youth centres, or activities for young people or older people.

The closing date for applications has been extended to 5pm on 28 June 2019.

The scheme should support Chiltern District Council's corporate aims as well as the Community and Wellbeing Plan aims and any of the Council's other key strategies including  Chiltern's Open Space Strategy ,  Community Safety Partnership Plan and  Chiltern and South Bucks Joint Sustainable Community Strategy - Aims and Objectives.

Applications need to demonstrate how they support at least one, if not a combination, of Chiltern and South Bucks Sustainable Community Strategy and Corporate Plan - Key Themes below:
