View your housing benefit payments online

You can view your housing benefit payments online. You can use this service to check the payments that you have been sent, and to see when the next payment is due to be made. You can also check to see how much you are entitled to each week and a basic guide as to how your entitlement has been calculated.

You can also use this service to check your Council Tax payments, to see if a payment has been received and when the next payment is due.

To access your records and view your council tax account online, you will need to obtain a user-id and a password from the Revenues Service at Chiltern District Council.

There are two ways to do this:

  • By email - please send an email to cdcrevenue@chilternandsouthbucks.gov.uk In your email, please tell us your name, the address where you are registered to pay your council tax, and your mobile telephone number or home telephone number.

  • By telephone - please telephone us on (01494) 732077. We will take your details and advise you of what you need to do next.

Once you have registered, you will receive in writing your user-id and password. This will be sent to the billing address that your council tax demand notice is sent to. 

Please note that you will be able to change your user-id and password the first time you use the service.
