Chiltern District Council is looking at developing a new state-of-the-art facility to replace the existing community and leisure facilities.
The existing complex is nearing the end of its useful life and is expensive to run.
Back in November 2016, we asked residents for their views on whether they would like a new leisure and community complex to serve all ages and abilities.
We found that over 80% of the 2,386 respondents supported the plans.
The Council is working to address some of the concerns raised by residents in the consultation including a desire to retain the historic barns, provision of the pre-school nursery, library and community hall and ensuring disabled access and increased car parking provision.
